Colleen O’Neill, CPA, MBA is an experienced Senior Financial Director at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving a variety of nonprofit clients. Ms. O’Neill is a knowledgeable business professional with extensive experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, human resources, advising, strategic planning, Management/Board of Directors presentations and reporting.
Ms. O’Neill spent 20+ years in the Pharmaceutical Industry, leading teams in a variety of areas including: Finance, Strategy, Clinical Trial Portfolio Management, 10/3/1 Planning, Contract Management, IT Investment Portfolio Management and Global Pricing.
Ms. O’Neill’s entrepreneurial, management and leadership skills were demonstrated while she owned two Non-Medical Home Care Agencies, which employed 200+ employees. She was also the CFO of a Quaker-Based Nonprofit Senior Living Community. She has also served as the President of the Home and School Association for Private elementary school, where she led fundraising activities that enabled investment opportunities.
Ms. O’Neill is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a graduate of Holy Family University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Later she received her MBA in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.
