Louise Schorn Smith, CPA, CMA
Louise Smith is the President of Countryside Consulting, Inc. and provides services to the firm's for-profit and nonprofit clients. Ms. Smith is an experienced business professional with over 25 years of increasingly responsible positions in organization management, financial management and fund raising. Her extensive management roles with organizations include general management, program planning, budgeting and forecasting, accounting, financial analysis and reporting to Board of Directors. Ms. Smith has played a crucial role in creating a number of small businesses and nonprofit organizations and advising them in their start-up years. She is proficient in the use of Quickbooks accounting software, Deltek Advantage software and Microsoft Office software products.

Ms. Smith currently serves as a Director of the Rodale Institute and the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA) and is a member of the Founding Board of Partners of the Farm Based Education Association (FBEA). In the past, she has been a director of Maysie's Farm Conservation Center and Family Service of Chester County.
Ms. Smith is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and received her MBA in Management from West Chester University. Back to top of page

Kristen Kline is a Financial Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving our nonprofit clients in sustainable agriculture, education and health and human services. She also provides services to for-profit clients in the sustainable food production business. Kristen has spent the last 17 years working in managerial positions within Finance, Human Resources, and Administration. She is proficient in Microsoft Office software products, Great Plains Accounting Software and Quickbooks accounting software.
Ms. Kline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Connecticut College. She is actively involved with volunteer activities at the Montgomery School and Maysie's Farm Conservation Center. Back to top of page

Elisabeth Erickson, CPA is a Financial Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving our land preservation, environmental, workplace campaign and foundation clients. Ms. Erickson also has significant experience in corporate finance and auditing and has served as a liaison to governmental auditors. She is a skilled user of Quickbooks accounting software and Microsoft Office software products.
Ms. Erickson is a CPA and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Suzanne Simonelli, CPA is a Financial Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving our investment management clients. She has significant experience in public accounting, industry accounting and nonprofit accounting. Ms. Simonelli has worked in both large and small company environments and also has marketing experience. She is a proficient user of Quickbooks accounting software and Microsoft Office software products.
Ms. Simonelli volunteers as the President of the Home and School Association at East Ward Elementary School which her daughter attends. Tonya DiGiuseppe, CPA, CFE is a Financial Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving our software development, trade association and health and human service clients. Ms. DiGiuseppe has over 25 years of accounting and auditing experience with public and mid to small sized companies. Her skills include governance and internal controls, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, management reporting and recommending feasible accounting solutions. She is proficient in the use of Quickbooks accounting software and Microsoft Office software products and is a certified Quickbooks Advisor.
Ms. DiGiuseppe volunteers her services in the accounting profession as a volunteer for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Amber Kostic is a Financial Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving our clients in the architectural business as well as a number of our nonprofit clients. Ms. Kostic has considerable experience in the field of financial management of both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Kostic has successfully helped start small businesses and nonprofits, and is an experienced analyst of project financial information as well as the overall organizational financial situation. In the past, Ms. Kostic has been actively involved in the start-up of de novo companies. She is a skilled user of Quickbooks accounting software, Deltek Advantage software and Microsoft Office software products.
Ms. Kostic volunteers at her local church and school by serving in the library and helping with special projects as needed. She also volunteers as a teacher in the Volunteer English Program in Chester County. Ms. Kostic received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from West Chester University. Carol Rockwood is a Financial Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving our nonprofit clients in education and health services. Carol's diversified background consists of more than twenty years accounting and business management experience in nonprofit educational and religious institutions as well as the architectural and banking industries. She is proficient in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Deltek, Peachtree, Wind2, FMS and CMS church management systems.
Ms. Rockwood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Chester University. She has served on her church's Finance, Tuition and Building Committees. She has also served as the Co-Chair of the Finance Committee for the Bishop Shanahan Restaurant Fair and Auction.

Lindsey Weber is a Project Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. Ms. Weber provides project services to clients in the sustainable agriculture community as well as nonprofit organizations. She also has experience in nonprofit fund raising and volunteer recruitment and coordination. Ms. Weber received her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Richmond.

Kristin Schorn is a college intern at Countryside Consulting, Inc. She is a recent graduate of West Chester East High School where she received the Scholastic Certificate several times for her academic achievement. Ms. Schorn currently attends Immaculata University where she is pursuing a degree in marketing. Ms. Schorn provides valuable administrative support to the staff at Countryside Consulting Inc. Kristin has been actively involved with volunteer work for local organizations including working with children.
