Louise Schorn Smith, CPA, CMA
Louise Smith is the President of Countryside Consulting, Inc. and provides services to the firm's for-profit and nonprofit clients. Ms. Smith is an experienced business professional with over 25 years of increasingly responsible positions in organization management, financial management and fund raising. Her extensive management roles with organizations include general management, program planning, budgeting and forecasting, accounting, financial analysis and reporting to Board of Directors. Ms. Smith has played a crucial role in creating a number of small businesses and nonprofit organizations and advising them in their start-up years. She is proficient in the use of Quickbooks accounting software, Deltek Advantage software and Microsoft Office software products.

Ms. Smith currently serves as a Director of the Rodale Institute and the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA). In the past, she has been a director of Maysie's Farm Conservation Center and Family Service of Chester County.
Ms. Smith is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and received her MBA in Management from West Chester University.

Bill Mecaughey is a Director at Countryside Consulting, Inc. He is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of financial experience, much of it in a leadership capacity.
The first part of Mr. Mecaughey's career was spent with Ernst & Young, where he served as a senior manager responsible for audits of a diversity of for-profit and nonprofit clients. Thereafter, he was Chief Financial Officer of a publicly-held environmental consulting firm. More recently, Mr. Mecaughey was the CFO of an information technology firm, where he also served as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Mecaughey, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the Accounting Advisory Board of Drexel University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Bill is active in his local church, having served several terms as President of the Board of Trustees.

Kristen Kline is a Financial Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving our nonprofit clients in sustainable agriculture, education and health and human services. Kristen has spent the last 17 years working in managerial positions within Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and Facilities Management. She is proficient in Microsoft Office software products, Great Plains Accounting Software and Quickbooks accounting software.
Ms. Kline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Connecticut College. She performs volunteer work at West Bradford Township events and at the Montgomery School.

Elisabeth Erickson, CPA is a Financial Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving our environmental, workplace campaign and foundation clients. Ms. Erickson also has significant experience in corporate finance and auditing and has served as a liaison to governmental auditors. She is a skilled user of Quickbooks accounting software and Microsoft Office software products.
Ms. Erickson is a CPA and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance and International Business. Ms. Erickson serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for National Assembly for School Based Health Care (NASBHC), located in Washington, DC.

She has significant experience in public accounting, industry accounting and nonprofit accounting. Ms. Simonelli has worked in both large and small company environments and also has marketing experience. She is a proficient user of QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office software products.
Ms. Simonelli serves as a school director on the boards of the Downingtown Area School District and the Chester County Intermediate Unit. She also enjoys volunteering at her children's schools. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (accounting) from University of Richmond and a Master of Journalism degree from Temple University.

Tonya DiGiuseppe, CPA, CFE is a Financial Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving our trade association and health and human service clients. Ms. DiGiuseppe has over 25 years of accounting and auditing experience with public and mid to small sized companies. Her skills include governance and internal controls, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, management reporting and recommending feasible accounting solutions. She is proficient in the use of Quickbooks accounting software and Microsoft Office software products and is a certified Quickbooks Advisor.
Ms. DiGiuseppe volunteers her services in the accounting profession as a volunteer for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Amber Kostic is a Financial Manager at Countryside Consulting, Inc. serving our clients in the architectural business as well as a number of our nonprofit clients. Ms. Kostic has considerable experience in the field of financial management of both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Kostic has successfully assisted in the set up of small businesses and nonprofits, is an experienced analyst of project financial information, federal and private contract administration, review and documentation of financial procedures as well as the overall organizational financial situation. In the past, Ms. Kostic has been actively involved in the start-up of de novo companies. She is a skilled user of Quickbooks accounting software, Deltek Advantage software and Microsoft Office software products.
Ms. Kostic performed volunteer work at her local church and school by serving in the library and helping with special projects as needed. She also volunteered as an instructor in the Volunteer English Program in Chester County. Ms. Kostic received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from West Chester University.
